摘  要:Cadmium telluride nanocrystals that form in the TeO2-Li2O-B2O3-P2O5 glass matrix have been synthesized and studied.They are investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),optical transmission and infrared spectroscopy.It has been shown that the long annealing time effect on present samples leads to the growth of CdTe nanoparticles and an increase of tellurium oxide on the surface of nanocrystallites.On the other hand,the infrared spectroscopy shows that the phosphate and borate networks of the glass matrices are modified with doping by CdTe nanoparticles.Cadmium telluride nanocrystals that form in the TeO2-Li2O-B2O3-P2O5 glass matrix have been synthesized and studied.They are investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),optical transmission and infrared spectroscopy.It has been shown that the long annealing time effect on present samples leads to the growth of CdTe nanoparticles and an increase of tellurium oxide on the surface of nanocrystallites.On the other hand,the infrared spectroscopy shows that the phosphate and borate networks of the glass matrices are modified with doping by CdTe nanoparticles.
