宁夏高校老年教职工体育生活方式的研究

摘　　要：本文通过问卷调查,访谈,文献资料,数理统计等方法,对宁夏高校老年教职工参加体育健身活动情况进行分析调研,为有关部门了解和掌握高校老年教职工参加健身活动情况提供第一手材料,为更好的开展高校老年教职工健身活动提供参考依据。Questionnair,interview,review and statistics were employed to ananlysis the situation of college older staff of Ningxia Autonomous Region. This paper shows that the results will offer the fresh document for government office and put forward some good fitness suggests for older college staff of Ningxia Autonomous Region.
