低分子肝素皮下注射按压方法的研究

摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨皮下注射低分子肝素不同按压方法的效果。 [方法 ]选择使用低分子肝素的老年冠心病病人 ,采用自身对照 ,每例病人腹部注射后左侧采用常规棉签按压 ,右侧用棉球按压 ,均按压 3min ,观察皮下出血的例次及出血面积的大小。 [结果 ]两种按压方法的出血发生率比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。 [结论 ]用棉球按压针眼Objective: to explore the effects of different press methods of patients accepted hypodermic injection of low molecular heparin. Methods: Senile patients of coronary heart disease accepted low molecular heparin were observed in auto-control. Each patient received regular press with cotton stick after injection of left abdomen and with cotton ball of right abdomen for 3 minutes. The numbers and times of hypodermic bleeding and their bleeding area were measured. Results: in terms of hypodermic bleeding rate of two press methods, there was statistical significance between them (P<0.01). Conclusion: to press pinpoint area for 3 minutes with cotton ball can reduce either the incidence or the area of hypodermic bleeding.
