摘　　要：论述了当前国内外电机铁芯冲片冲裁工艺发展的现状,分析了大型薄板扇形片、磁极冲片冲裁中的技术难点、结构特点和影响冲裁寿命的多种因素,应用新结构、新技术实现复式冲裁新工艺的设计探讨。In this paper, the development situation of punching techniques for electric machine core stacking pieces at home and abroad is described. Technique difficulty,structure feature of stator segment and pole punching as well as some factor having influence on service life of dies are analyzed. A new construction of a combined die and punch process, achieved by using recent technique, is studied also.
