摘　　要：目的　建立一间既符合规范标准要求 ,又符合医院经济状况 ,投资不要过大 ,能适合各级医院使用的静脉药物配置中心。方法　引进国外的先进理念和模式 ,结合实际情况 ,提出各种条件下各层次的四级水平的配置中心 ,并归纳出具体各层水平的要求。结果　通过本院静脉药物配置中心建立近一年的实践 ,该设计既符合规范标准各项要求 ,又符合实际使用 ,适宜各级医院应用。结论　静脉药物配置中心的建立势在必行 ,静脉药物的使用面广且量大 。Objective To establish a dispensary center suitable to hospitals at different levels,which is up to the demands of regular standard and accords with hospital financial situation with not too much investment.Method Import foreign advanced principles and patterns , combine them with actual situation, putfoward the dispensary center at level IV under various conditions and levels and conclude the concrete requirements of different levels.Result By means of nearly one-year practice of setting up the vein drug dispensary center in our hospital , this design is reasonable , it is not only up to the demands of regular standard,but also suitable for actual use and applied to the hospitals at different levels.Conclusion The establishment of vein drug dispensary center is imperative.There is a wide range and a large quantity in the use of vein drugs .The quality of the drugs can directly influence the entire curative level of hospitals .The designing method and working administration in this thesis are suitable for reality,it is worth speading and application.=
