摘　　要：本文主要论述岩滩水轮发电机圆盘式转子支架,在工地组焊成整体后,采用投影测量法配副立筋工艺的原理、方法及采用该工艺校正圆盘支架在厂内加工、运输、工地焊接等产生的变形能达到的精度。该新工艺是一种简单,科学、经济的大型圆(?)支架工地配副立筋工艺。The vertical sub-reinforcements on the disc arm of Yantan hydrogenerator rotor after assembling and welding disc arm of rotor into a completion at site are made up by projection measurement. The principle and method of this making up are described in this paper. When using the technique, achievable precision of correcting the disc arm deformation, produced in machining, transporting and welding at site, is also introduced. The new technique is simple, economic and suitable for making up vertical sub-reinforcement.
