摘　　要：大型直流电机带电车削换向器虽给维修带来许多方便,但一直被认为有危险而得不到广泛应用。阐述了“单边有效磁场”和在此状态下直流电动机的特点,以及刀具的性能和选择,结合实践中积累的经验,提出了大型直流电机带电自转车削换向器的简易方法。Although the charged turning of kommutator for large direct current electric machine brings many convenience to maintenance, but it is cosidered to be dangerous and always can not come into wide use. In this paper, single-sided effective field and features of direct current electric machine at this state, as well as performance and selection of cutters are described, and simple easy method for charged self-rotational turning of kommutator of large direct current electric machine is presented on the basis of experinces, accumulated in practice.
