摘　　要：随着中国的持续崛起,"中国责任论"逐渐成为西方向中国施压的主流话语手段。"中国责任论"揭示了西方对中国的歧视和偏见,反映了西方对中国微妙的心理变化、复杂的认知调整、敏感的情感波动。中国外交在应对过程中应当区分开绝对责任和相对责任,渐进地承担公平的国际责任。With the continuing rise of China,'China's responsibility'is becoming the mainstream discourse employed by the West to exert pressure on China.'China's responsibility'reveals the discrimination and prejudice against china,reflecting the subtle psychological change,complex cognition adjustment,sensitive emotion fluctuation of the West.In China's diplomacy,absolute liability and relative responsibility should be differentiated,fair international responsibility should be undertaken on the basis of progressive commitment.
