更昔洛韦联合VitB_(12)曲池封闭治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨更昔洛韦联合VitB12曲池封闭治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法将50例带状疱疹病人随机分为2组,对照组25例给予更昔洛韦0.25g静滴,1次/d,治疗组同时加用VitB12 500mcg,行双侧曲池封闭,1次/d,均连用10d。结果治疗组效果明显优于对照组,在统计学上差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦联合VitB12曲池封闭治疗带状疱疹,可减轻和消除后遗神经痛,加速受损神经的恢复,缩短了治疗时间。Objective:To discuss the Herpes Zoster by Quchi closed treatment with the Combination of Ganciclovir and VitB12.Methods: Divide 50 cases of Herpes Zoster patients into 2 groups randomly.Take Intravenous injection to 25 cases of the control group,one time per day.And take bilateral Quchi closed treatment to the treatment group,one time per day,for consecutive 10 days.Results:The treatment group has a significant therapic effect compare with the control group.There’s a significant discrepancy in statistics(p<0.05).Conclusion:Quchi closed treatment with the combination of ganciclovir and VitB12 to cure Herpes Zoster,can ease and eliminate postherpetic neuralgia,accelerate the recovery of damaged neuralgia,and short the treatment period.
