无刺大果沙棘-太阳增殖生根培养基的筛选研究

摘　　要：本文以无刺大果沙棘—太阳品种的幼嫩器官为组织培养的繁殖材料,研究了无刺大果沙棘的组织培养技术。通过附加不同水平的NAA、6-BA、MS、pH,设计了一个正交试验,获得了该品种增殖的培养基:1/2MS+0.2mg/LNAA+1.0mg/L6—BA,pH=8。Using the organ of nonthorny big fruit seabuckthom as the experimental material,this paper studied the technology of the tissue culture of nonthorny big fruit seabuckthom. The best culture medium of multiplying this specieshas been acquired by adding the NAA,6—BA,MS ang pH of different levels and designing an orthogonal experment.. 1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L+6—BA0.3mg/L,pH=8.0
