摘 要:目的探讨热应激对不同状态下大鼠肾脏组织自由基代谢的影响。方法对不同状态下大鼠施加热应激,测定其肾脏组织MDA、SOD、CAT和GPX活性。结果(1)热应激使大鼠肾脏组织MDA显著上升,SOD和SOD/MDA显著下降;(2)热应激使运动大鼠肾脏组织MDA显著高于安静组、急性运动组和热应激组,SOD/MDA显著低于安静组、急性运动组和热应激组;(3)急性运动使大鼠肾脏组织MDA略有上升,SOD略有下降,SOD/MDA显著下降。结论长时间在热环境下运动,机体自由基代谢增加,抗氧化酶活性下降。Explore the effects of free radical metabolism in kidney of mice after exercise plus heat stress. Methods: Mice were exerted on heat stress in the last training. Results: (1) After heat stress,MDA content increased and SOD activity decreased remarkable. (2) After exercise plus heat stress,MDA content was increased more than that of the control group,acute exercise group and heat stress group. SOD/MDA was decreased less than those of them;(3) SOD/MDA decreased remarkable in kidney after acute exercise;Conclusions: Heat stress exercise for long time,free radical metabolism increases and anti-oxidase activity decreases.
