宁德师专男女生体育生活的比较研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,对宁德师专男女生体育生活状况进行调查分析和比较。结果表明:宁德师专男女生体育价值观存在差异;男生参加体育锻练人数、体育人口都明显多于女生;主要在校内与同学结伴锻炼,锻炼内容呈多元化,但存在性别差异;而制约学生参加体育锻炼的因素是兴趣、场地设施和指导的缺乏。With the methods of questionnaire, documents, statistical analysis, this paper has made a brief research and analysis of the female and male students’ sport life situation in Ningde Teachers’ College. The result has shown that: there are many differences of the sports value between female and male students in Ningde Teachers’ College; the male take more exercise training and do more sports than female; a lot of students do various sports together on campus, but there are still some gender differences; the main restricting factors are the students’ interests, the necessary facilities and the lack of guide.
