摘　　要：针对电子政务的实际需求,提出了开源工作流引擎OSWorkflow的电子审批系统解决方案。在该解决方案中,采用J2EE多层模型实现,将各种组件如OSWorkflow、Quartz和Struts、Hibernate框架分别作用于不同层,将业务逻辑、业务表现、业务数据持久化分层实现,达到了高内聚、低耦合的设计要求,从而提高了系统的开发效率,降低了维护成本。The technology solution to developing the E-approval System based on OSWorkflow meeting the needs of E-Government is provided in this paper. It uses J2EE multi-layer model,applies various components such as OSWorkflow,Quartz and Struts Framework,Hibernate Framework to the different layers of J2EE multi-layer model,and realizes stratification between business logic,user interface,and data persistence. So the design demand of higher cohesion and looser coupling can be implemented,and further,developing efficiency largely increase,simultaneously,maintenance costs greatly reduce.
