摘  要:研究了镍包石墨系复合粉末经等离子或火焰喷涂焰流后石墨含量的变化。结果显示,镍包石墨粉末经过喷涂焰流后石墨含量出现显著下降,幅度达11.7%~24.6%。在镍包石墨粉末中加入镍铬铝粉末制成混合粉末可减少经过等离子焰流后的石墨损失。石墨损失的方式主要是燃烧损失。等离子喷涂工艺对镍包石墨粉末中石墨的烧损少于火焰喷涂。等离子喷涂工艺可通过影响涂层中石墨含量影响涂层的性能。Change behaviors of graphite content in nickel clad graphite powders during flame or plasma process are studied. Results show that graphite contents of nickel clad graphite particles reduce 11.7% to 24.6% after they pass through flame or plasma torch. NiCrAl composite particles blended in Ni-graphite powder reduce the lose of graphite. Graphite lose is mainly led by the combustion of graphite while nickel-graphite composite particles flying through the torch. Air plasma spray (APS) process brings less graphite loss of nickel clad graphite powder than flame spray. The effect of graphite content on properties of abradable coatings can be accomplished by APS process.
