火焰喷涂镍铝合金柔性线材及涂层性能的研究

摘　　要：以镍铝合金粉末为主要原料,硅橡胶及相应的催化剂为粘接剂,采用挤压成型的方法制备了热障涂层底层用柔性线材;采用火焰喷涂方法制备了热障涂层,并对喷涂后涂层的硬度、结合强度、抗热震、以及高温抗氧化性能、涂层的微观结构等进行研究。试验表明,柔性线材具有很好的物理、化学性能,且喷涂后的涂层各项性能良好,均能满足热障涂层的使用要求。Flexible wire for bottom layer of thermal barrier coatings was prepared by extrusion with the main raw material of NiAl alloy powder as well as the bonding agent of silicon rubber and the catalyst. The thermal barrier coatings were prepared by flame spraying. The hardness,bonding strength,thermal shock resistance,high temperature oxidation resistance and microstructure of coatings were investigated. The results show that the physical and chemical properties of flexible wire as well as integrated performance of coatings is well,which can meet the application requirements of thermal barrier coatings.
