冠心病患者血清MMP-7测定的临床意义

摘　　要：目的测定冠心病患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)水平。方法选取100例经血管造影确诊的冠心病患者,其中70例为稳定性心绞痛患者,30例为不稳定性心绞痛患者,并选取30例健康人为对照。用ELISA法测定血清MMP-7水平。结果稳定性、不稳定性心绞痛患者及对照组血清MMP-7分别为(5.0±1.9)μg/L、(5.2±2.1)μg/L及(3.1±1.4)μg/L。与对照组相比,冠心病患者血清MMP-7水平升高(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者血清MMP-7水平升高,该指标可望成为新一代诊断冠心病的血清标志物。Objective To determine serum concentration of matrix metalloproteinase-7(MMP-7) in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD). Methods 100 CAD patients diagnosed by angiography were enrolled. 70 patients were diagnosed as stable angina (SA) and 30 patients as unstable angina (UA). 30 healthy people were as control. Serum level of MMP-7 was measured by ELISA. Results Serum concentration of SA, UA patients and control group was (5.0±1.9) μg/L, (5.2±2.1)μg/L and (3.1±1.4) μg/L, respectively. CAD patients have higher concentration of MMP-7 compared to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Serum MMP-7 level increased in CAD patients and it maybe become the new maker used as the diagnosis of CAD.
