摘 要:流感的季节性流行和大流行给人类造成了很大的损失。注射流感疫苗是预防流感的主要措施之一。目前上市的人用流感疫苗主要是由鸡胚生产的传统灭活疫苗,在疫苗用毒株的获取和生产速度等方面有很大的局限性。基因疫苗研究在近年来取得了重大进展,显示出了传统疫苗所不能比拟的巨大优势,流感基因疫苗主要有DNA疫苗、腺病毒载体疫苗和痘病毒载体疫苗,本文就这三方面作一简要综述。Seasonal epidemics and pandemics of influenza are big threats to human health.Vaccine is one of the major preventive measures against influenza.The human influenza vaccines currently licensed are mainly the egg-dependent inactivated vaccines,which have many drawbacks such as the acquirement of virus strains for production,production speed and so on.Great progresses in genetic vaccine have been made in recent years and it has been shown that genetic vaccine has many advantages compared to the traditional vaccines.Here we summarize the recent advances in genetic vaccines against influenza.
