摘　　要：四川实施畜牧兽医教育始于本世纪初的农业教育,是传统畜牧业在发展过程中危机积累的产物。畜牧兽医教育的出现开启了四川畜牧业近代化的历程。四川畜牧兽医教育形式多样,除按课程计划培养的初级、中级、高级畜牧兽医人员外,还通过开办畜产展览会、举办养猪比赛会、印发畜牧兽医科普读物等方式进行了畜牧知识的普及、宣传,并应形势发展的需要举办了不同类型的畜牧兽医人员短期培训班。The implementation of animal husbandry and veterinary education began in the beginning of this century,which is a product of the developing traditional animal husbandry in crisis.The emergence of animal husbandry and veterinary education opened the course of modernization of animal husbandry in Sichuan.The animal husbandry and veterinary education in Sichuan takes many forms including curriculum plan to train professional staff of primary,intermediate and advanced levels,exhibitions of animal husbandry,competitions of racing pigs,the issuance and propaganda of science books of animal husbandry as well as short-term course for staff.
