中频交流电甲硝唑苯海拉明透入治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中频交流电甲硝唑、苯海拉明透入治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法治疗组采用中频交流电刺激面部皮肤,同时进行药物透入,药物为甲硝唑2 g、苯海拉明40 mg,20 min/次,1次/d。对照组操作方法同治疗组,采用药物为苯海拉明40 mg,20 min/次,1次/d。结果治疗组有效率为71.00%,对照组为44.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论中频交流电甲硝唑、苯海拉明透入治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效显著,值得临床选择应用。Objective To observe the clinical treatment effect of the facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis treated by penetrating Metronidazole and Diphenhydramine through medium frequency current.Methods The treatment group was treated with the stimulation of facial skin with medium frequency current,and simultaneousl penetrating Metronidazole(2 g) and Diphenhydramine(40 mg),20 minutes each time,per day;the control group was treated with the medicine of Diphenhydramine(40 mg),20 minutes each time,per day.Results After 20 days of treatment,the result shows that the effective rate of the treatment group was 71.00%,and the control group was 44.00%,P<0.005.Conclusions The efficacy of the treatment group was much higher than that of the control group.
