摘　　要：In recent years,M&A and restructuring have gained traction in China’s capital markets.In the midst of intensifying capitalization, M&A and restructuring have been closely intertwined with capital markets.This paper attempts to identify and analyze M&A patterns, issues and policy implications based on a thorough examination of M&A and restructuring practices in China’s capital markets.
