摘　　要：介绍1999版FIDIC《施工合同条件》中明示和默示索赔条款的规定和索赔方法,用以指导承包商的工程索赔管理工作,保护其自身正当利益、弥补工程损失与提高经济效益。This paper presents the stipulates of the express and implied claim terms and the claim processes introduced in FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction(1999) to direct contractors to manage engineering claims,protect their legitimate interests,make up project losses and increase economic benefits.
