摘　　要：该软件针对电子病案首页中常见的数据采集不全和不规范的缺陷,结合新形势下电子病案编码工作的特点。对原有的工作流程作了适当的改造,将错误数据阻止在信息的采集源头。确保采集的数据更加真实、准确。提高了电子病案首页的数据质量,减轻了病案编码员的工作量,取得明显效果。The electronic medical record software for data acquisition in the common defects incomplete and not standardized,with under the new situation the electronic medical record code work characteristic,has made the suitable transformation to the original work flow,to prevent the error in the information collection source,to ensure that the data collected more realistic and accurate.to improve the date of electronic medical record quality,reduce the workload of medical record coders,achieved remarkable results.
