供应商管理用户库存策略在后勤物流管理流程再造中的应用及系统实施

摘　　要：随着医院管理的深化,运营成本控制和物资供应管理已成为医院后勤管理的重要课题。传统的管理方法和流程使得医院在物资采购、存储和配送上投入大量资金和人力,不仅占压资金,也造成损耗加大。供应商管理用户库存(Vendor Managed Inventory,VMI)策略的引入,解决了上述问题。我院结合新的管理理念重新设计并实施了物资供应管理系统。在医院物资供应管理工作上进行了有益的探索,提高了医院物资供应和物流管理水平,同时为进一步在医院后勤物资使用的成本核算奠定一定的基础。With the deepening of hospital management,operation cost control and material supply management has become important part in hospital logistics management.Traditional management module and work-flow would cause not only large spending in the labor,purchasing, storage and distribution,but also increase the inventory losses.A new concept of Supplier Managed Inventory(VMI) Strategy is introduced to improve the processes and information system in supply management.The new implementation is a useful exploration to upgrade efficiency and level of hospital material supplies and logistics management.It would be a certain foundation to carry out totally cost accounting in hospital management.
