摘　　要：人口老龄化是现代人类社会最为重大的成就之一,也是当今社会面临的最严峻的挑战之一,是一个全球现象,要求国际社会、各国、各地区都要采取积极的行动。关心老年人生活质量,促进老年人心身健康是其中一个重要的组织部分,也是时代赐予我们的重要任务。The aging of population is one of the important successes of modernization,but it makes us to face a big challenge at the same time.As a global problem,it is necessary for international society and all the countries to take actions to care the quality of life of the aged and promote their mental and physical health.
