对应征入伍青年实施尿液吗啡检测的应用研究

摘　　要：目的为了防止吸毒人员进入部队,应用吗啡胶体金法对应征入伍健康青年进行尿液吗啡检测,为健康体检提供依据。方法采用高度特异性单克隆抗体技术及免疫竞争法特异性定性检测尿液中的吗啡,其灵敏度参照美国国家药物滥用研究所推荐标准,阈值为300 ng/ml,计算阳性率。结果对531名年应征入伍健康的男性青年尿液进行吗啡检测,共检测出10例吗啡阳性,阳性率为1.9%(10/531例)。结论用胶体金法检测尿液吗啡具有高度特异性,在健康青年体检中具有应用价值,可作为健康青年体检的一项筛选试验。Objective To prevent drug addicts to enter the force and to provide a basis for physical examination,the colloidal gold was applied for urine morphine detection of the healthy young people recruited.Methods The high specificity of monoclonal antibody technology and the immune-specific competition law qualitative detection were used to detected the morphine in urine,the sensitivity with reference to the United States National Drug Abuse Research recommend standards,the threshold value of 300 ng/ml,and the positive rate was calculated.Results Totally 531 healthy young male conscripts were detected by urine morphine detection,a total of 10 cases were detected morphine-positive and the positive rate was 1.9%(10/531 cases).Conclusion The application of colloidal gold method of urine morphine detection had high specificity and has application value in physical examination of healthy young people and can be used for medical screening test among young people.
