摘　　要：回顾国有医院30年改革历程将其划分为4个阶段,并在此基础上反思国有医院制度变迁存在的问题和取得的经验,提出未来国有医院制度变革中仍需以国有医院为主体,在借鉴国有企业改革成功经验的基础上搞制度创新。This paper reviewed the 30 years' reform of public hospital,then cut it into four stages and discovered the problems and experiences of hospitals' system reform and then proposed that the public hospital should be the main part of the system reform,and we should make system innovation by using the experience of public hospital reform.
