江西省村卫生室基本设施现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解江西省村卫生室的基本设施,为今后卫生行政部门合理配置农村卫生资源提供科学依据。方法采用普查方法对江西省所有村卫生室进行调查。结果平均每所业务用房面积80.63 m2,村卫生室达到5室分开的占51.29%,设备配置率为82.58%,药品以本机构自行购买为主,占45.17%。结论43.51%村卫生室的业务用房达到要求,科室设置状况与相应标准要求仍有一定的差距,设备配置仍需进一步加强。Objective To understand the infrastructure of village clinics in Jiangxi Province,and to provide the scientific basis for health administration departments in future rationally distributing rural health resources.Methods The methods of census in Jiangxi Province to investigate all village clinics.Results The average areas of every business room were 80.63 square meters.The rate of village clinics which achieved the five-room separately was 51.29% and the rate of equipment disposition was 82.58%.The drugs were primarily purchased by the organization,which account for 45.17%,Conclusions 43.51% of village clinics achieved the standards,the conditions of office establishment has some disparity with the standards,the equipment disposition need to be strengthened.
