摘  要:制备出了高性能热压Nd-Fe-B辐向环,研究了纳米晶热压Nd-Fe-B永磁环的热变形过程,分析了磁环磁性能、微观结构特征。测试了纳米晶磁体的温度系数和磁环的热稳定性。结合纳米晶热变形Nd-Fe-B磁体的流变机理,利用三维有限元分析软件(3D-Deform)分析了磁环织构形成过程。Hot pressed high-performance Nd-Fe-B radially oriented ring were prepared. The hot extrusion process of the magnetic ring were studied. Magnetic properties and microstructure were analyzed. The temperature coefficients of nanocrystalline magnets and magnetic thermal stability were tested. Hot deformation process of nanocrystalline Nd-Fe-B magnets were also analyzed by using three-dimensional finite element analysis software (3D-Deform).
