三种同轴感应线圈发射器的加速特性研究

摘  要:对于同轴感应线圈发射器来说,根据驱动线圈和电枢的位置关系,可将其分为三类:一是外驱动型结构,二是内驱动型结构;三是内-外驱动型结构。外驱动型同轴感应线圈发射器的驱动线圈在电枢的外面,内驱动型同轴感应线圈发射器的驱动线圈在电枢的内部,而内-外驱动型同轴感应线圈发射器有内、外两个驱动线圈,且内、外驱动线圈分别处于电枢的内侧及外侧。目前,人们只注重了外驱动型同轴感应线圈发射器的研究,忽视了内驱动型和内-外驱动型同轴感应线圈发射器的研究。本文首先分析了这三种结构类型的同轴感应线圈发射器的特点,然后利用有限元分析方法研究了它们的加速特性。研究表明:内驱动型同轴感应线圈发射器的加速特性最差,但是它适合加速大体积、大质量的载荷;外驱动型同轴感应线圈发射器具有最好的加速特性;内-外驱动型同轴感应线圈发射器,特别是磁场重接式内-外驱动型同轴感应线圈发射器也具有较好的加速特性,且电枢内涡流分布相对更均匀,但是它的结构相对复杂,不利于设计与实现。As far as the coaxial induction coil launcher(CICL) is concerned,it can be classified as outer-drive CICL(ODCICL),inner-drive CICL(IDCICL) and inner-outer-drive CICL(IODCICL) according to the location relationship between driving-coil and armature.The driving-coil is out of the armature in ODCICL,and that is in the armature in IDCICL.There are two driving-coils(inner driving-coil and outer driving-coil) in IODCICL.Inner drive-coil is in armature and outer drive-coil is out of armature.The researches on the ODCICL have been made widely and deeply,but the researches on IDCICL and IODCICL have been ignored.The paper discusses the characteristics of the three kinds of CICL,and investigates the distributions of magnetic field and eddy field in the three kinds of CICL by means of finite element analysis method.Research results show the following points: ①The accelerative characteristic of IDCICL is the worst among the three kinds of CICL,but it fits for accelerative load with big volume and high mass;②The accelerative characteristic of ODCICL is the best among the three kinds of CICL;③The IODCICL,especially the magnetic field reconnection IODCICL,has also good accelerative characteristic,and the distribution of the eddy current in the armature is relatively uniform.But its structure is relatively complex,which lead to design and realize it more difficult than IDCICL and ODCICL.
