摘 要:装填密度作为火炮内弹道起始参量之一,对火炮内弹道性能具有重要影响。采用电热化学炮技术提高火炮炮口动能,一般有两种主要方法:其一是在常规火炮装药基础上,利用等离子体发生器为载体,在火炮内弹道过程中,依靠增加电能的办法来实现;其二是充分利用等离子体发生器作为点传火系统的优势和特点,依靠新型装药技术较大幅度提高装填密度,进而实现提高炮口动能。采用前者技术途径,将带来较大的初始电能需求问题;采用后者,尽管可以避免前者问题,但随着发射药装填密度的提高,将打破业已建立的常规火炮内弹道性能变化规律。此外,电能的介入与等离子体点火取代常规点火,也将对火炮内弹道性能带来重要影响。因此,研究和分析高装填密度装药条件下的内弹道性能敏感性,对于深入研究电热化学炮内弹道特性,具有重要意义。As one of the beginning ballistic parameters,loading density has a significant effect on the ballistic behavior of gun systems.In general,there are two approaches to enhance the muzzle kinetic energy of the electro-thermal-chemical(ETC) guns.The first approach is to increase the electrical energy input into the plasma generator,where the ETC plasma is introduced as an ignition source of the conventional propellant charge.ETC plasma as an ignition source has revealed several attractive characteristics over conventional igniter systems.The second approach is to increase the loading density to a significantly higher level relying on the development of charge design techniques,using the characteristics of ETC plasma igniter system.For the first approach,it’s difficult to meet the need of huge amount of electrical energy.However,for the second approach,with the increasing of the loading density,the rule of traditional interior ballistic won’t be applicable.Moreover,the added electrical energy and the ETC plasma instead of the conventional ignition source as an igniter system have a significant effect on the ballistic behavior of a gun system.Thus,researches and analyses of the sensitivity of interior ballistic characters at significantly higher loading density become very important for further investigation of interior ballistic behavior of ETC gun system so as to improve gun performance.
