摘 要:大型冲击电流试验平台是防雷器件测试和质量检验的关键设备。本文介绍一种可以通过简单的回路转换即可方便地实现100kA的8/20μs波形和20kA的10/350μs波形输出的冲击电流试验平台。介绍回路本体设计、控制、测量和调波等关键技术,以及实验室建设中的屏蔽、接地和隔离等保障措施。并讨论了试验平台在SPD质量检验应用中的测试比对、试品对回路的影响以及一些实测中积累的测试经验。该试验平台能满足本地区防雷器件质量检验的基本要求,其运行操作可靠方便,可供系统内检测实验室建设时参考。Large-scale impulse current test platform is the key equipment for lightning protection production tests and its quality inspection. This paper introduced an impulse current test platform which can conveniently realizes the output of 100kA 8/20μs waveform and 20kA 10/350μs waveform through simple circuit connection switchover. Some important technologies of the main body designing, measuring and controling, and wave-adjusting were introduced. Furthermore, some laboratory safeguard mechanisms were explained, including shielding, grounding and isolation. Test comparasion of the test platform in lightning arrester quality checking, the influence of EUT to the circuit output, as well as some actual accumulated test experiences were also discussed. The test platform can satisfy the essential requirements of quality inspection for the local lightning protection center. The operation of the plateform is reliable and convenient. The experiences can be refered in the construction of lightning protection device test laboratories.
