摘　　要：本文介绍了智能电网的概念,以及涵盖的领域和技术,指出智能电器是构建智能电网的基础。根据智能电网建设的要求和电力设备自身发展的需要,归纳了智能电器的基本特征,以及智能电器需要研究的关键理论与技术,并预测了智能电网中智能电器的发展前景。Basic concept and related techniques of smart grid are introduced in this paper.Intelligent electrical apparatus(IEA) is the foundation to build smart grid.According to the demand of smart grid construction and electrical equipment development,the characteristics of IEA are summed up,and theoretical and technical problems about developing IEA are discussed.Application prospect of IEA is forecast according to the technical developing trend.
