摘  要:介绍了某变电站内35kV真空高压断路器在雷雨天气被烧毁的故障,通过对故障断路器进行外观检查及数据测量,并对故障录波图与保护动作记录进行详细分析,得出结论:断路器在断位时遭受雷击2次(或3次),真空灭弧室真空度、灭弧元件严重损坏导致最后一次开断失败,是造成事故的直接原因。高压断路器是电力系统中的关键设备,应从各方面保证其安全稳定运行。为避免该类事故再次发生,提出了对高压断路器的相应检修维护措施和建议(特别是雷电多发地区)。A fault that the 35kV high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker in some substation was burned when thunder storm happened is discussed. By inspecting the appearance of the faulty circuit breaker,measuring related data,analysising fault oscillograp and record of protection action in detail,the reason for the fault is put forward. The immediate reason is that the circuit breaker suffered the thunder stroke two (or three) times when separation,which leads to the failure of the final breaking process because vacuum degree and arc extinguishing elements were damaged seriously. High-voltage circuit breaker is key facility in power system and its safe steady running should be assuranced. Also the suggestion for inspection and maintenance of high-voltage circuit breaker (especially the area where thunder happens much) is given in order to avoid the same kind of fault.
