摘　　要：提高结核病防治效果的关键是加强病人管理,落实结核病人管理措施必须改善其遵医行为,提高依从性。从病人基本情况、社会家庭影响、卫生服务可及性、治疗和管理4个方面分析结核病人遵医行为的影响因素。The key point to improve the effect of tuberculosis control is the management of TB patients.To carry out management strategy,the adherence of tuberculosis must be improved and their compliance must be enhanced.This study discusses the influencing factors of adherence from four aspects which are personal information,society and family,accessibility of health services and treatment and management.
