摘　　要：依据公共危机管理理论的基本内容,参照近年来国内外典型突发公共卫生事件应对中应急经费的使用情况,总结梳理应急经费保障的基本概念,从理论角度探求突发公共卫生事件应急经费保障的特点和影响因素,为今后研究建立应急经费保障模型提供理论支持,推动应急经费保障水平不断提高。This article tried to summarize the basic concept of emergency expense support according to the basic contents of public crisis management,and the emergency expense support to domestic and international public health crisis in recent years.Also it studied the characteristics and influencing factors from the theoretical angle to give some theoretical sustain to establish the emergency expense support model,and improve the ability of crisis response.
