摘　　要：目的探讨湖北省某市晚期血吸虫病(简称晚血)患者接受救治后的生命质量,为制定和完善晚血救治相关政策、提高晚血患者生命质量提供科学依据。方法通过定量问卷调查与定性访谈相结合的方法,收集晚血患者生命质量方面的资料。结果接受救治后,晚血患者生命质量平均得分为0.743,其对自身的活动能力、自我照顾能力、日常活动能力及焦虑沮丧的评价较好,满意率分别为69.1%、60.0%、60.0%、63.6%,而对疼痛和不适的评价较差,满意率仅为36.4%。结论接受救治后,晚血患者的生产、生活环境有所改观,生命质量有所改善,建议应为晚血患者提供来自社会和家庭的帮助,全面提高晚血患者的生命质量。Objectives To investigate the quality of life of advanced Schistosomiasis patients after receiving treatment and to provide some quantifiable evidence for perfecting related policies of advanced Schistosomiasis treatment and improving the quality of life of advanced Schistosomiasis patients.Methods Both quantitative and qualitative methods were applied to investigate the quality of life of advanced Schistosomiasis and other information.Results The average score of EQ-5D was 0.743.The evaluation of mobility,self-care,usual activities and emotion feeling of advanced Schistosomiasis patients were better.The rates of satisfaction were 69.1%,60.0%,60.0% and 63.6% respectively.The evaluation of body was relatively poor.The rates of satisfaction were 36.4%.Conclusions Production and living conditions of advanced Schistosomiasis patients have improved after receiving treatment.It is suggested that provide some help come from society and family to advanced Schistosomiasis patients so as to improve the quality of life of them comprehensively.
