摘　　要：根据全国36个重点联系城市社区卫生服务机构大样本、广覆盖的常规监测结果,结合我国当前社区卫生服务发展现状,利用SWOT分析法,系统分析我国社区卫生服务内部环境的优势与劣势、外部面临的机遇与挑战,提出针对性的发展策略和政策建议。The aim was to systematically analyze the strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment and the opportunities and challenges in external environment faced by Chinese community health service by the SWOT based on the routine monitoring data of community health institutions in 36 Key Contact Cities,to put forward the directed development strategy and policy recommendations combined with the current situation of the community health service development in order to build a sound community health service system on a solid base.
