摘  要:目的以原发性高血压患者的护理为例探讨人性化护理的管理。方法将120例原发性高血压住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组。在降血压治疗的同时,对照组实施传统式的功能制护理管理,观察组实施规范化服务与护理、健康宣教、个性化心理调适、生活关怀、情感支持和文化护理等方面的人性化护理管理,8周后用原发性高血压社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)和症状自评量表(SCI-90)进行效果评定。结果治疗结束后,观察组各因子分(除激惹性外)、SDSS评分及SCI-90中躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑及偏执因子分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论人性化护理管理对提高原发性高血压住院患者的生活质量、改善患者病情具有重要作用。Objectives To explore humanistic management of nursing taking hypertensive patients for example. Methods 120 cases of hospitalized patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Blood pressure lowering therapy in the meanwhile,the control group to implement the functions of the traditional system of care management,the implementation of standardized observation group services and care,appropriate health education,personal psychological adjustment,life care,emotional support and cultural aspects of care such as the humanization of nursing management. After 8 weeks ,the social function of hypertension SDSS(SDSS)and SCI (SCI-90)were used to assess the effect.Results After the treatment ,the observation group of the factor scores(in addition to bowel and outside),SDSS score and SCI-90,Somatization,compulsion interpersonal sensitivity depression,anxiety and paranoid factor scores were significantly lower than control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Humanistic nursing management play an important role in improving the quality of life and disease of hospitalized patients with essential hypertension.
