摘　　要：在综合已有文献的基础上,发现临床心理咨询过程中,催眠协同各种疗法将会缩短治疗过程、增强疗效,因而得出了催眠可易化心理咨询与治疗过程的结论,并对这一结论的机制进行的阐述,旨在为催眠在临床中的运用提供方法学的参考与理论解释的依据。Based on literature review we found that hypnosis cooperated with the therapies of psychological counseling will shorten the course of treatment and strengthen the effect,we draw a conclusion that hypnosis can facilitate psychological counseling and made the fist interpret about the mechanism of facilitation hypnosis to provide methodological references and theoretical explanation for hypnosis during clinical application
