卖淫妇女基本特征及卖淫主要原因调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解湖北省卖淫妇女的基本特征及其卖淫的主要原因,为在该人群中进行社会干预提供依据。方法对调查员进行培训,由他们对湖北省18个县(市、区)不同类型娱乐场所的卖淫妇女进行面对面的匿名问卷调查。结果卖淫妇女平均年龄22岁,80.9%为初中及以下文化水平,56.2%的卖淫妇女来自农村,76.5%的卖淫妇女月收入在5 000元以下,卖淫的主要原因是贫困(50.8%),不同场所类型、不同户籍所在地、不同年龄段的卖淫妇女从事卖淫活动的主要原因均有显著性差异。结论卖淫妇女作为社会的隐匿人群,要针对其特征和卖淫的原因采取相应的对策,预防和控制卖淫活动带来的社会危害。Objectives To investigate the basic characteristics of bawdy women and the main reasons for prostitution in Hubei Province,and hence to provide a basis for social intervention.Methods A face to face anonymous questionnaire survey among the bawdy women of different types of entertainment in 18 counties(cities,districts) of Hubei Province was conducted.Results The average age of the bawdy women was 22 years,80.9% of them had junior school educational level or below,and 56.2% of the informants came from the rural areas.The monthly income of 76.5% of them was below 5 000 Yuan.Prostitution was mainly due to poverty(50.8%).There were significant difference in the reason among different types of entertainment,different domicile,different ages of women in prostitution.Conclusions As a hidden social group,the corresponding countermeasures should be taken on the bawdy women according to their characteristics and the main reasons for prostitution,to prevent and control the danger that the prostitution may cause in society.
