海南省大学生性行为现状调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的通过对海南省大学生性行为现状进行调查,探讨影响当代大学生性行为的相关因素,为大学生的性教育提出建议。方法采取随机整群抽样的方法,应用自编的《大学生性行为调查表》对海南省大学生2 875人进行问卷调查。结果海南省大学生性行为的发生率为21.25%。不同性别和不同年级的大学生性行为的发生率差异有统计学意义,以男生(31.04%)和高年级(OR为1.487)发生率为高;通过黄色书刊、互联网等方式获取性信息的大学生性行为的发生率显著高于其他学生;孤独感、家庭类型、吸烟、饮酒、电子游戏痴迷程度不同,性行为的发生率也显著不同。结论大学生性行为与个人不良生活习惯有密切的关系,应加强对大学生的性健康教育,促进大学生性心理的健康发展和人格的完善。Objective To investigate the status quo sexual behavior of college students in Hainan province and explore the factors related to sexual behavior,and to make recommendations for sexual education.Methods 2 875 college students in Hainan province were selected by random cluster sampling method,and were surveyed with the self-designed questionnaire.Results The incidence of sexual behavior among college students was 21.25% in Hainan province,and it was different in different groups by gender and grades.The male students(31.04%) and high grade(OR=1.487) had higher incidence.The incidence was higher among the students who get sexual information through the erotica,internet,and so on.Loneliness,family-type,smoking,drinking,and video games also have influence to sexual behavior.Conclusions College students' sexual behaviors and personal habits are closely related.We should strengthen sexual health education for college students to promote the healthy development of college students' sexual psychology and personality.
