摘　　要：目的探讨适合社区0~36个月儿童保健工作管理模式,以提高社区儿童保健服务与管理水平。方法以卫生部"社区0~36个月儿童健康管理"适宜技术规范为指导,实施儿童保健服务整体运作模式,比较开展适宜技术前后儿童保健各项工作指标及服务质量的变化。结果在卫生部的适宜技术规范指导下,0~36个月儿童保健各种业务指标大幅提高。结论转变儿童保健服务观念,强化规范管理,将有利于提高儿童保健工作质量和儿童健康水平。Objectives To explore appropriate management model for children aged 0~36 months to improve the community health services and management.Methods Guided with appropriate technical specifications of Community 0～36 months Children Health Management,to implement child health services as a whole mode of operation,and compare the changes of health indicators and quality of service before and after conducting more appropriate technology.Results Under the guidance of appropriate technical specifications,the 0～36 months children health indicators has a substantial improvement.Conclusions Transforming the idea of child health care service and strengthening standard management will be beneficial to improve the quality of health care and the children's health.
