摘  要:目的了解大型企业产业工人体脂水平,为制定临床肥胖诊断标准提供依据。方法选择某专业厂职工1836名,测量人体脂肪率、体脂肪量、身高、体质量、腰围、臀围等数据。根据体质量指数、体脂百分比(F%)、腰臀围比值(WC/HC)、腰身高比值(WC/H)等计算人体成分。结果受检职工中26.5%~34.1%的男性和13.4%~18.1%的女性超重。结论产业工人群体肥胖化趋势不容忽视。采用电阻抗仪检测体脂百分比来判断肥胖率检出率最高。Objectives To assess the body fat content of factory workers,and to provide evidence for making clinical criteria of diagnosing obesity.Methods Body fat,body fat mass,height,weight,waist circumference and hip circumference were measured among 1 836 factory workers.Body mass index,body fat percentage,waist to hip ratio and waist to height ratio were used to analyze body composition.Results Overweight was found in both male and female workers(26.5%~34.1%,13.4%~18.1%,respectively).Body fat detected by electrical impedance has the highest detection rate for obesity.Conclusions Electrical impedance detection is a precise measurement for obesity test.Obesity trend in factory workers is prevalent and can not be ignored.
