基于利益相关集团的我国公立医院筹资机制分析

摘　　要：公立医院要发展需要筹集大量的资金,利用利益相关集团分析方法对公立医院的筹资进行分析后发现,公立医院在筹资时涉及到的重点利益相关集团,对于公立医院的筹资这一行为大部分还是持支持的态度。政府应该在政策上对公立医院的筹资给予支持,公立医院在政策允许的范围内,可以广开筹资渠道,吸引大量的社会资金用于医院的发展。The public hospitals need capital for its’ development. Using the Stakeholder analysis in the financing of public hospitals, we can know that most of the stakeholders who were concerned support the financing of the public hospitals. So the government should give them policy supports, and if the policy permits, the hospitals could broaden the financing channels to attract a large number of social funds for hospital development.
