三峡外迁移民角色特征与转换的分析——对迁至山东省的三峡移民社会角色的研究

摘　　要：促进三峡工程外迁移民社会角色实现成功转换,对移民个人的生存、发展和社会的稳定具有重要的作用。通过分层抽样和整群抽样对重庆市开县外迁到山东省的三峡移民进行访谈和问卷调查及结果分析,认为移民的社会角色具有长期性、结构性和被动依赖性的特征;一方面对移民的过度保护政策和移民自身的不良心态对其角色转换产生负性影响,另一方面,政府和当地居民适度的支持也对移民社会角色的转换产生正性的影响。It plays an important role in the living and the development of the immigrants and the stability of the society to achieve the successful conversion of the social role of Three Gorges migrants.Through the interviews,questionnaire survey and analysis of the Three Gorges migrants relocated to Shandong province from Kaixian County in Chongqing by the stratified random sampling and cluster random sampling,we consider that there are the characters of long-term,structural and passive-dependence in the social role of immigrants.The conversion of the role of immigration is not only impacted negatively by the excessive protection policy for immigrants and their own thoughts,but also impacted positively by the support from the government and the local people.
