深圳某基层医院2003～2008年科技论文分析及对科研管理的思考

摘　　要：目的了解2003～2008年间深圳市某二级甲等综合医院(基层医院)科技论文及著者情况,从而了解医院科学研究活动的发展与变化,探明该院在科研与管理方面存在的优劣。方法通过查阅医院科教科2003～2008年间的相关科技论文数据资料,采用文献计量分析法,对医院6年间科技人员发表的科技论文及著者等方面的情况进行统计分析。结果随着时间的演进,该院的科技论文产出的数量或质量均在提升,但增长比较缓慢;各科室之间发表论文的人均论文数差异悬殊,发展不平衡;中、青年为该院的科研工作主力军。结论该院科技论文产出的质和量增长不稳定、科研队伍的年龄职称结构有待改善等几个问题需要得到重视与解决。Objectives To know the numbers and the authors of the scientific research papers during the period of 2003~2008 of a hospital in Shenzhen,and the development of the scientific activity in this hospital.Method Examining the correlative statistical data of the scientific research papers during the period of 2003~2008 of the hospital,and using the method of document quantitative analysis to analyze the authors.Results The numbers and the qualities of the papers have being improved,but it's relatively slow.There is a large disparity in the numbers of the papers among the departments of the hospital.Conclusions There are some problems about the scientific research managements of this hospital.As the quantities and the qualities of the scientific research papers increase slowly,it needs to be improved as soon as possible.
