应用秩和比法对武汉市中心城区社区卫生服务满意度的评价

摘　　要：目的了解武汉市7个中心城区社区卫生服务满意度情况。方法通过问卷调查,采用拦截方式,在全市各区所有社区卫生服务中心就诊人群中收集资料;运用秩和比法对各区综合满意度进行排序与分档。结果武汉市7个中心城区满意度分为3档,优档有2个区,低档有1个区,其余4个区在中档水平。结论部分城区需通过进一步加强宣传、合理布局、加强规范化培训等方式提高社区卫生服务满意度水平。Objectives To analyze the satisfaction with community health services in Wuhan urban areas.Method Questionnaire was applied to collect the data from the people visiting community health service centers,the satisfaction was calculated and classified by using rank sum ratio(RSR)method.Results According to the RSR values,seven districts were divided into three levels,two districts in upper level,four in medium level and one in bottom level.Conclusions To improve the satisfaction,propaganda about the utility of community health service and skill training of employees need to be strengthened.
