摘　　要：由于在上海市既有居住建筑中非节能建筑的保有量很大,因此,即有居住建筑节能改造成为建筑节能的重点。通过对既有居住建筑的基础情况及用电量调研及分析,得出影响上海市既有居住建筑用电量的主要因素及其影响程度,可为上海地区既有居住建筑节能改造提供有效的方案决策依据。In existing residential buildings of Shanghai,the total number of un-energy conservation buildings is very large,so energy conservation retrofitting becomes the key point of building energy conservation work.In this paper,By the survey on the basic situation and energy consumption of residential buildings in Shanghai,the key factors and their extents to influence the energy consumption of existing residential buildings have been found.It can provide effective basis for energy conservation retrofitting in Shanghai.
