摘  要:概述了聚羧酸系减水剂的结构、制备方法及相关复配技术。基于聚羧酸系减水剂的独特分子结构,综述了聚羧酸系减水剂及其复合减水剂在料浆中的吸附机理与应用现状。分析了聚羧酸系减水剂应用于陶瓷领域中的稳定性和相容性问题,探讨了系列化、功能化的聚羧酸系及复合型减水剂对整个陶瓷工业发展的重大意义。This paper summarized the structure,preparation methods and the related compatible technology of polycarboxylate-type superplasticizers at home and abroad.Based on the special molecular structure of polycarboxylate superplasticizers,it reviewed the adsorption mechanism and the application of polycarboxylate-type superplasticizers and compound superplasticizers in the slurry.It also discussed the stability and compatibility issues when the polycarboxylate superplasticizers were used in ceramic slurry, and proposed a way to deal with these problems by developing serializable and functional polycarboxylatetype superplasticizers and compound superplasticizers,which would have great significance in the field of ceramics.In view of many advantages of polycarboxylate-type superplasticizers,they had huge potential for development in the field of superplasticizers.
