摘　　要：提出了一种低经济、高效率、高精度的微小孔研磨技术。介绍了其研磨系统的构成、工作原理、特点,并对微小孔研磨技术在实际生产中的应用进行了举例说明。A micropore whetting technology with low cost,high efficiency and precision was put forward. The composing,working principle and characteristics of the whetting system were introduced. An application by this technology during actual production was illustrated.
